Development Updates
When it comes to development of the game, we approached it by dividing up main tasks we needed to get done. We used Trello to keep track of what parts needed doing and what was already done, and we slowly built things from the ground up. We started with just making our tower defense game working, and then implemented cards and all the other stuff. Also, we now have a tutorial! Should help explain the mechanics which aren't very clear to start off. That was a major bit of feedback from the playtests we did.
Each of us worked on a bunch of different things according to our Trello. Nick worked on the tutorial, the enemy behavior, the gacha system, and various bug fixes. It took a little bit to get the gacha menu looking right, and we don't have card art yet so it looks a little weird, but the layout works pretty well.
Nirav worked on making all of our models. Look at these fun fellas:

Jorge's been working pretty hard on our deck system as well as our scene management, and it all works really well. Its just a little annoying when we have to debug, but it works in builds so its all fine.
Andy's been doing the music and all of the UI, our level design, as well as our pause system and various other bug fixes.
Our playtesting process is going alright. We're slowly squashing bugs, especially ones that only appear when the apk is built, such as the enemies walking out of order, and making the game actually balanced so its actually at a fair level of difficulty. We're also slowly implementing different parts of player feedback, such as making it clearer what towers do by showing different stats.
